Culture First-Aid Kit || These kits were assembled by repurposing old First-Aid Kits from the 1970's to transform them with a set of tools and resources to make culture change happen.
Community Personality Cards || We created this interactive deck of cards to help leaders discover and name the key qualities of their community. Community design isn’t just about goals, events, and online platforms — it’s about personality.
Permission Granted Stamp || This stamp that simply says "Permission Granted" is a great reminder to be giving out permission to colleagues to pursue their ideas.
The Science of Innovation Playbook || This playbook was published as a kind of primer to get the client organization excited about the new concepts we were building learning around. It's filled with fun stories and models.
Award Ribbons || These ribbons allowed recognizing and celebrating desired behaviors to be succinctly introduced as a key part of a thriving community.
Buzzword Toilet Paper || For a client that wanted to get team members to stop using certain buzzwords, we created toilet paper that was replaced at all their offices.
Community Campfire || This activity allows for participants in a virtual community program to feel a little bit of magic and wonder when an in-person connection isn't possible.
100 Hours of Content Post-It Pad || This custom Post-It Pad has different prompts on each sheet that help guide a learner through an expansive thinking phase for coming up with the right content for presentations.
"I see you" Cards || With access comes opportunity. These cards allowed participants to "tap" a colleague to acknowledge their work and recommend they invest in their professional development to further their growth.
